‘FORMULA 1 The Exhibition’ offers a captivating glimpse into the past, present, and future of Formula 1®. IFEMA Madrid proudly hosts the first official edition of ‘FORMULA 1 The Exhibition’, a collaborative effort involving legendary teams, experts, and renowned figures from this magnificent sport.
Five years of thorough preparation, results in a one-of-a-kind exhibition that unveils the untold stories within the realm of Formula 1®. Comprising six distinct rooms, each offering a unique perspective on the world of high-speed racing, this exhibition showcases the pinnacle of automotive competition.
The lighting and various components of the exhibition are skillfully rigged using Eurotruss’ HD44 ground support construction. With over 800 meters of HD44 truss, complemented by 150 corner blocks, these stunning rooms were brought to life. Additionally, the more intricate rigging tasks were accomplished using 175 meters of ST Truss.
Playing an important role in this grand event is our esteemed local partner in Spain, FLUGE Audiovisuales, who had the honor of providing the crucial rigging for this challenging project.
Alejo Arce from FLUGE Audiovisuales expressed his satisfaction; “The natural and technical aesthetics of Eurotruss seamlessly align with the overall ambiance of the racing exhibition museum. Therefore, a significant part of the trusses were left in their original aluminum finish instead of opting for black powder coating. It’s been a pleasure again working with Eurotruss on this job.”
