We introduce to you Marco Coenen, Marco is our latest addition to the Customer Support department. Marco started the 1st of April and had a great introduction at the Prolight & Sound where many of you already met Marco.
Marco has gained experience in the nightlife and entertainment industry for over 8 years is a great people person with a ton of energy and a real team player. Marco will be in charge of all customer support and the direct link to all question about order processing, quotations and delivery times.
Due to the growing stream of daily inquiries and orders we needed to enlarge our customer support power as that is our strength. Eurotruss will not cut back on its high service level as Eurotruss customers and users deserve and need that support.
