After 24 years Guns N’ Roses returned to Colombia with the ´Not in This Lifetime Tour´. More than 45.000 people witnessed the amazing performance of the American Rock band featuring the classic line up with members Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan.
Eurotruss partner Linea Estratégica from Medellin was responsible for the production and they nailed it. The well known Dale ´Opie´ Skjerseth production manager of Guns N’ Roses and Tony Parodi production manager of the Latin leg of the tour for Tyrona Production complimented Linea Estratégica and Eurotruss mentioning that this production and roof system was one of the best so far on the tour. The entire set up was fast, safe and handled the impressive rigging & lighting plot of Guns N’ Roses and the support in situ from Eurotruss was great.
The Guns N’ Roses set up can be called an Eurotruss Showcase using; Eurotruss PR15 Roof System 26x15m, Eurotruss stage set (incl stage scaff and decks), Eurotruss Motors, Eurotruss Sub Grid using mainly the new XTS Truss Series and the 8 custom made Hexagon Pods for integrated lights which are traveling with the band around the world.
We are extremely proud that our committed Colombian partner Línea Estratégica and Production Team of Guns N’ Roses trusted us and used Eurotruss on the full set up of the stage and roof system. We got overwhelmed with compliments from production companies and promoters from all over the world, all present at the show.
