Since the year 2000 Ola Melzig has been involved in the top management for most of the Eurovision Song Contest final and has been appointed the Head of Production for the 2018 edition in Lisbon, Portugal. Second to the Olympic Games opening Ceremony, the Eurovision Song Contest is the world’s largest event with an average of 200 million live viewers.
