Tom Dumoulin has become the first Dutch rider to win the Giro d’Italia, overturning a 53-second deficit to Nairo Quintana to take the 100th edition of the race. However, it was Dumoulin who celebrated back in The Netherlands after the 26-year-old took the maglia rosa, the leader’s pink jersey!
Back in The Netherlands in the city of Maastricht, Tom Dumoulin was honored with a great amount of proud. The extremely humble cycling hero was welcomed by thousands of fans on the city square of his hometown. Despite the hustle and bustle with several other upcoming events, staging company Up-Stage managed to build a Eurotruss AR-10 Roof System to support the honouring of Tom Dumoulin!
