Last week a special moment took place, after many digital meetings we finally had the chance to meet live in person at the Prolight+Sound in Frankfurt. Located in Hall 12 within the Lightpower village, our renewed booth was in the center of attention.
Besides being incredibly greatful to see everyone in person again, we also brought along some new products to Frankfurt.
Eurotruss launched two new truss products in Frankfurt. Firstly, the brand-new rectangular truss HD54R which is designed for indoor and heavy-duty performance. Secondly, we introduced two types of truss that are specifically designed to cope with LED systems, centralized loads with minimal deflection, the so called HDX35 & HDX45.

Our latest product development is the HD54R rectangular truss, a truss specially developed for indoor and rigging applications that require heavy duty performance.
The HD54R with its three-sided webbing gives the truss its rigid character and the round 50mm thick straight braces on the bottom of the truss allows all the space and flexibility to mount lights and screens with perfect central loading.
The height of 500mm gives you just that extra strength required for nowadays lighting fixtures and screens. The pin positioning follows the Eurotruss philosophy; vertical in the upper area and horizontal in the bottom area which will guarantee a smooth assembly.
The HD54R is available in all standard lengths and a corner block is available. The connection system is the same as for the standard 30-er and 40-er truss (FD/HD) and therefore a great addition to your truss inventory.
Based on the ‘’Eurotruss original’’ HD34 and HD44 Truss, Eurotruss has introduced the HDX35 and HDX45 LED truss.
The HDX35 and HDX45 are square trusses based on the ‘’Eurotruss original’’ square trusses HD34 and HD44. Are you having issues with placing loads like LED screens, lighting fixtures, or decor on a central position of the truss? Then look no further. The HDX series is the best solution!
Loads applied on the middle beam are equally divided over both sides of the truss. In combination with the support plates constructed in the node points, the perfect situation for loading the truss is achieved. The design of the HDX series is based on the philosophy avoiding as much welding as possible, mounting the center tube results in this part of the truss not taking normal force.
With the middle beam mounted, there will be no bending in braces and main tubes, which ultimately results in a better load rating on the HDX series compared to fully welded middle beam LED truss as the forces in the main tube are not reduced by additional bending.
